Work profile:
This position is responsible for the design and development of NetScaler's L4-7 products.
Primary Accountabilities:
Mainly to work on new traffic management features/enhancements.
Will be responsible for the design, implementation and delivery of the NetScaler traffic management product.

· Indepth Knowledge in TCP/IP Protocol stack. (i.e., should know the protocols in depth, as opposed to just knowing socket programming.)
· Strong systems programming skills, with experience developing kernel/OS and networking software
· Should have a good grasp of Operating system internals
· Direct coding experience in implenting TCP/IP stacks or Load Balancing is a big plus.
· Excellent debugging skills both at protocol level (sniffer traces,tcp-dump, etc) and systems level (with kernel debugger).
· Experience on Traffic Management/Server Load balancer is a strong plus.
