Eligibility Criteria
- MCA /BE/ BTech/ME/MTech[ all Branches, Should be proficient in Java ]
- 2011,2012 and 2013 batches
- No Cut off Marks[Back papers allowed]
- Primary skill required is core Java. Good analytical and programming skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
- Candidates who confirm and do not report for the test will not get future services from SHREDS
- outside kerala students are also Eligible
Salary
- Starting salary will be 10,000 to 12000 per month and will be reviewed quarterly based on performance.
- For selected candidates company will provide accomodation for one week and also give assistance in finding suitable long-term accomodation.

Selection Process
- Java Test - 1hr. duration -
- Technical / HR interview
- For Outstation candidates, interviews will be finished on 8th itself.
All the candidates should bring the following to test venue:
- Writing Pad,
- Two copies of RESUME,
- Two sets of photocopies of your mark lists,
- Three copies of passport size photographs,
- Rs.100/- to be paid to SHREDS towards examination fees,
- Gum,
- College ID/Any other Photo ID.
