GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Under direct supervision, delineates requirements to solve non-complex, less complicated business problems using differing technologies and systems views, predominately in one functional area. Creates process engineering and/or business flow assessments to ensure appropriate reengineering/design of solutions. Assists in the development of service models and prototypes, creates and implements customer feedback mechanisms, uses fundamental human factors engineering principles. Understands and creates Business Plans (including business cases) to assure plans meet company goals and integrates these with technical programs and project plans. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, to serve as lead conduit between developers, architects, designers and with external and internal customers. Provides technical/functional assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Provides consultation to users in detailed functionalities of automated systems. May lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues. Directs the analysis of business problems to be solved with automated systems. Supports Development staff by assisting with functionality questions, addressing testing issues, EPR issues, training on new products, leading implementation meetings and assisting in other delivery planning activities, as required.
